Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple. If you violate any of Our Policies or Terms Of Service, your account will be terminated without notice and without refund. On certain conditions a partial refund maybe applicable.

We have a no hassle 30 day money back guarantee on all our hosting plans. Please submit a Customer Service Ticket and we will have your account cancelled within 72 hours and a full refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Although it is not necassary, we would love for you to share why you are leaving us and if there is anything we can do to keep you satisfied!

Domain name registrations are non-refundable. If you have subscribed to an annual plan and receive a free domain name, any refunds due to cancellations will be subject to the charge of the domain name registration fee at the current rate advertised.

All Customer Service Tickets are carbon copied to the Quality Control Manager to ensure that all inquiries are dealt with the upmost quality, due dilligence, and customer satisfaction.
